haven't been posting cos i'm currently on my 3rd last
day of my work attatchment at the singapore zoo. :)
the moment i say this , so many things pop into my mind that i
want to type it all out to share with you earthlings. but , let
me update u on whats going on first.

Sunday(7/6/09)
met Lindsay , Jieyi , Jia hao and Brendon for
dinner at kallang leisure park.
went to the arcade and raced with jia hao ,
was ahead of him almost the whole way and lost to him
in the end cos of a stinking turn that was sooooo near the finishing line. :/
proceeded for dinner at "iwannagetstuffed" - alex's parents restaurant.
it was like and Indonesian buffet dinner , so you can expect me to go crazy.
which i did. :)
and i was the last one to finish eating too. HAHA.
cos the rest had already finished and while i was still chewing the food ,
they would say really funny things, i would laugh , and i would be stuck at
the stage i was eating at. LOL.
took 16 than changed to 14 with the rest.
jieyi took 12. :/

Monday
started the work attachment at the singapore zoo. :)
its at least a 1hr journey there. D: but worth it . :)
took a train from tanah merah all the way to jurong east and change to the
north line all the way to choa chu kang followed by taking 927 at the
interchange where we will arrive at our destination. the zoo. :)
i got the gibbon section , rachel the reptile section and
raudhah the treetop trail.
some of the others were in night safari.

from here...just a summary of what i do everyday .
9am-10am - clean/racking the guannaco enclosure. (please , they are
not lamas . heh )
10am-10.30am - break
10.30am-10.45am - feeding time for the
white-faced saki monkeys as well as the brown lemurs.
both are what i look forward to seeing everyday. :)
10.45am-11.20am++ - cleaning of the wolf's enclosed den . ( don't worry ,
their out in the exhibit )
11.20am - 12pm - cleaning of the male guannaco's enclosed area.
its seperated from the females cos it harrased a female and
hurt it , so it was like seperated and will be from the herd for a few more days.
12pm-1pm - Lunch. ( the best part , its free and it is so DELECIOUS!! :D )
1pm-1.40pm - prepare for the public feeding at gibbon island.
1.40pm - watch the public feeding done by the keeper/trainer.
2pm - feeding of the stingray , cotton-top tamarin , sakis , brown lemurs.
2.30pm-3pm - slacking or waiting to be given orders for what to do next.
3pm- 3.30pm - tea break . :)
4pm - we are allowed to go home. but i stay for last round of feeding until 4.30pm++
4.30pm++ - wander around the shops or zoo and than we head home. :)


i have 3 trainers :)
Amy , Rajan and Wahit.
and they are awesome. haha.
taking advantage of our employee discount , me raudhah and rachel
often buy ben and jerry's ice cream or milkshakes and smoothies at a much
cheaper price! haha.
well , tmr's my 2nd last day.
hopefully it will be smooth running.
and i'm hoping to be able to make it in time for choir tmr as well.
oh well , we'll see how it goes.
alrighty , i'm very tired.
