This is the end!

the day that i have been dreading for has finally arrived ,
yes , its the last day of 2008. :)
oh wells , we can never stop the clock from moving
can we??
this year ...has been kind of a roller coaster ride
which year hasn't? there are always ups and downs . :/
but there is one thing that might be difficult to do ,
waving goodbye to 2/4 . :(
well maybe not so bad .

LOL! okay its not difficult at all. haha.
i'm all set to end 2008 on a high note!
and lets start by saying what happened today,
after class , went to eighteen chefs to eat
with amanda , thad and nikki. :)
and guess what? they cleaned the windows free of markers
and we were the first ones to write on the
newly cleaned glass windows! haha.
go check it out! i wrote :

haha , nikki wrote "DANCE & Happy New Year"
and thad wrote "happy new year " as well.
met up with daniel and we proceeded to kallang leisure park :)
wanted to watch YES MAN! but the earliest show was at 5.30pm
and thad had to go home at 5++ , so we decided to go bowling!
haha . but when we went there all the lanes were full
so we left our names and went upstairs .
in the end , we decided to just go ice skating.
but i was the only one who didn't skate cos i wasan't allowed to :P
but i had real fun watching them though. lol.
ended at around 5 and i went home :)
2008 , last time i'll be typing 2008! haha.
okay people , gonna end of this entry with something ,
okay , actually i have nothing. lol.

sickening , i'm sick . -_-
woke up yesterday and ba da bing ba da boom!
i had my sister's fever. :(
the worst part?
it caused me to miss intensive dance camp yesterday.
and i think she is angry at me as well.
cos dance camp is very important.
oh wells , woke up today and thought i felt alot
better , took my temperature....37.4 -_-"
3 more degrees than compared to yesterday.
please , i wna and i think i gotta dance today , if not
i might be in hot soup!
whats worst is that i have to leave early at 7pm.
cos my family is having a reunion dinner.
*sigh* why does it always have to be this way??
when i'm not sick , nothing important floats my way ,
but the moment i fall sick , everything that has
to be that important suddenly comes charging one by one at me.
oh wells , gotta go rest and pray that my fever will go down
and i'll be able to dance later at 5pm.

Monday
- woke up early in the morning to get ready to go to the
airport.

- arrived at the airport.

-plane took off

-arrived in Hong Kong!

- had tea , and then went to ladies market (nu ren jie)

- went back to the hotel room to change into a different set of clothes
as it was cold.

- had dinner at some Japanese restaurant.

Tuesday

- Woke up , went to eat breakfast at cafe de coral which was near
our hotel.

- trained from Prince EDWARD(ah! yes i was staying near this
train station . hahahahaha) to Lai King.

- changed train from Lai King to the Tung Chung express line.

- got off at Sunny Bay . and waited for the disneyland resort line train.

- reached DISNEYLAND!!!!

- qued for tickets.

- walked along main street U.S.A

- went to adventureland first and took photos with Timon from
the lion king.

- went to take the Jungle River Cruise. ( it was awesome! )

- walked along adventureland and ended up in Fantasyland haha.

- qued to watch Mickey's Phillhar Magic 3D. ( the show was breathtaking
and exciting! :D)

- next stop was the Many Adventures of Winnie the pooh , where
i saw Eeyore of course! haha

- went to the fantasyland gardens where we met and greeted and took
photos with the different characters. :)

- went for lunch at Cloppin's festival of foods where i had shrimp
fried rice. :D

- went to ride on its a small world , followed by watching
the golden mickeys.

- the golden mickeys was yet another awesome sight! :D the show
was 20 or 30 mins.

- went to to tomorrowland next and rode on buzz lightyear's astro blasters.
( it was as fun as before!)

- proceeded to sleeping beauty's castle forecourt to get
a place to sit for the let it snow parade.

- watched the let it snow parade and later on , main street was filled
with snow! :D

- walked along main street to see the shops and browsed through.

- went back to the castle forecourt to watch the royal christmas ball.
( it was so nice to see the castle light up :) )

- went to tomorrowland to go on autopia. i finally got to drive
a car all by myself haha!

- went to the tomorroland shops to get some stuff.

- walked back to adventureland to see the shops .

- walked to fantasyland to find my eeyore cup.

- sadly , it was all sold out. T_T

- walked back to tomorrowland to get somemore stuff lol.

- went to main street to collect/buy the photos that we
took with the characters.

- bought a cap from main street's shop.

- stayed at main street to watch the fireworks.
(it was so magical and breathtaking!)

- took the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui to have dinner
at a Ramen Restaurant called DOMON.

- walked around Tsim Sha Tsui

- took the mtr back to the hotel room and reached at about 12midnight. haha

-slept.



Wednesday

- woke up and had a super nice breakfast
at the australian dairy in Tsim Sha Tsui.

-walked around Tsim Sha Tsui and yes, SHOPPED. haha.

-than we trained to Causeway Bay.

- went to Sogo . and had lunch at some random japanese resturant.

- Gucci had a massive sale so qued with my mum to go in and
see for fun. haha.

- headed to time's square. where it was crowded like nobody's business.

- had dinner at world trade center at a very nice japanese restaurant again. haha.

- trained to central. and went to Lan Kwai Fong. the place
where in hong kong shows they always film the bar scenes haha.

- there were alot of people there as well . cos they were gna countdown
for christmas.

- went back to the hotel room .

Thursday

- woke up quite late , arnd 10.30am++ so we had to like rush.

- had breakfast at pacific coffee company and used the computer haha.

- walked along the shopping district and then went to take taxi
to meet kam poh and kao gong for tea/brunch.

- after brunch , we took a bus down to jordan and then
trained to tung chung . and shopped like mad.! haha.

-than we went to mong kok and ladies market ( nu ren jie) and shopped!

- oh ya , i finally bought my adidas shoes as well! haha.

- had dinner at xiao fei yang ( little fat lamb)(steamboat)

- went back to the hotel.

Friday

- checked out , at like 11.++pm

- walked around and went to a nearby mall.

- went to Tsing Yi shopping mall called
maritime shopping mall.

-went to the airport and spent all my remaining money in the
disneyland shop in the airport ! <3

- went on the plane at 6.35pm and reached singapore at 10.45pm.

thats it! photos will prob be tmr , cos i'm super tired . bye!

YES! i finally finished all of my

holiday homework last night! haha.

and i'm flying off tmr!! can't wait!!! haha.

okay , just to let you know...

i don't know what time.

but it'll be more chaotic cos the babies and little ones

Finally finished the chinese journal entry.

322 words. Not gna bother to write anymore.

Its not like when you hand it in , the teacher is gna

slowly count it one by one right?

Will write the 2nd entry tmr.

Writing 1 entry is already enough to make me

crack open my head. :P

Thought super hard on what to write about.

In the end , i wrote about the holidays (duh)

hong kong , and holiday homework.

And to think i'll have to find something DIFFERENT

to write about in CHINESE tmr.

And i don't even know if i'm gna go for CCA

from 10am to 1pm. we'll be practicing

those 2 songs only anyways.

i can practice at home . Why then is there a difference

from practicing at home and practicing in school?

Is it cos in school there is an instructor ?

We're practicing as a group?

oh whatever. I can't be bothered anymore.

I seriously wonder why , i always say i can't be

bothered anymore. But somehow , because of my

concious , i always end up going for cca. For fear i'll

get into trouble for not going. I seriously need to

properly sit down and think about this .

Seriously , no , SERIOUSLY . I'd rather

have dance practices everyday when i have to go for

cca . so that i won't be able to go for cca . :)

And i'm being dead serious. i'd rather dance

a gazillion times than sit down in a chair and play the

guzheng. And not being able to move about for 3 hrs.

I'll feel super immobile. :/

I don't know what will happen to me after concert's over.

Of course , there will be exam preperations for grade 5.

and than after that .There will be concert preperations

for next year's christmas concert.

Getting intimidated that i'll be sec3 next year.

Argh , all this talk is making me feel fustrated.

Just found out something silly.

Mum called and told us that there was no rice

in the rice cooker. And so me and my sis went to check ,

there really was NO rice in the rice cooker. -_-"

And to think the day i don't check whether there was rice

or not in the rice cooker is the day that there really is NO

RICE IN THE RICE COOKER. lol.

I feel silly pressing the "rice cook " button on the rice cooker. -.-

So i actually had to cook the rice today .

Super uber tired ... had rehersal today from
9am , till like 12.30++pm . Cos after that we had
like master class for choir.
It went quite well actually. and , i'm
talking about the CHOIR MASTER CLASS.
Not rehersal . :P. We were all confused during
rehersal on which items she was doing , which show she
was running , evening or night?
It became super chaotic.
There's rehersal again tmr from 1.40pm till 7pm??
*sigh* i hope i'll be awake by then. :X
After choir master class WE were supposed to go
to Nicolette's house for her sweet 16 birthday celebration. :)
but she wasan't home yet , so we went to Joy's house first.
haha i was super happy cos i got to see her stingray again! :D

had alot of fun at Joy's house. She became
our personal tour guide and showed us around

And the seniors were all crapping around
in the studio upstairs on who had the strongest leg muscles
and who could use them to go the furthest . LOL.
The juniors , ( amanda ,vanessa , nikki , gloria , me) went out
to the balcony and found an outdoor shower and toilet.
HAHA. But it was quite fun. took interesting pictures
out on the balcony as well. :)
Vanessa , admired the SEA near Joy's house. haha.
while nikki and gloria went about blowing
bubble gum. :)
And amanda wanted to play catching
in the outdoor toilet/shower.haha.
On to nic's house.......
went there and put our stuff down and when nic
walked down the stairs , we all burst out singing
happy birthday to her. :)
while waiting for the food to be ready , we all went up
to the second level and sat and chatted in the
room infront of nic's bedroom .
When we went into her bedroom ,
my attention was imediately drawn to the
ceiling. The wonderful sky scenery was breathtaking!
and the lights gave it the final touch. :)
Amanda , Vanessa and Gloria found like 4 pairs
of shutter shades in her room and we took pictures somemore!!!
Went down and started digging in on the food.
it was de-li-cious!!!
Alot of funny things were happening around the table.
too many to even describe it! i'm sorry . haha.
There was thad and his rockband , his pie
incident as well as how he found the word
"moshi-moshi" hilarious! LOL.
And then there was thad , Joy and Daniel 's
" We are the den mums , we sew...." little act for tmr. haha.
than slowly 1 by 1 we had to leave. But the party was awesome!
had a great time with all DSI dancers!! <3

The Stakes are High

haha , posted this because i was feeling super

random . And yesterday while talking to Amanda ,

she showed me some seriously hilarious pictures. lol.

And i happened to find one of them! :D

Anyways , just changed blogskin and i have a feeling this one is

not gonna last long. Well , all my blogskins don't last long.

I don't know how to change the pictures though , anyone

Went to buy books in the afternoon today ,
and the three science books are super scary.
Cos their humoungously thick in size!!! :/
Have to seriously set myself down in mugging mood soon. :)
After buying books , went to tm for lunch and so
called "shopping" with mummy. :D
Bought presents for Natalie Tao , and Amanda. :)

couldn't get the additional mathematics books though
cos the bookshop ran out of stock and so did popular too. :(
So , i reserved the book and they would call when the new
stock arrives.
I'm starting to get drawn to reading twilight after
seeing the movie trailer. Even though , i told myself
countless of times not to get hooked on to the book.
And become almost like everyone who are soooo crazy about
that story revolving between edmund and bella. (did i get it right?)
*sigh* , still have to go back to school on friday because
we have to so called "perform" for the school's open house.
yes , apparently PSLE results are coming out this thurs. :)
and we have to be there like from 9.45am to about 3pm???
Like hello? i don't think that there will be alot of people during
the whole period that the school gates are open to the public . -_-"
How i just wish that i'm not part of it. i think i'm just
happily going along with SYF preperations just
because we're getting a new costume . LOL.
Anyways , saw 3/4 pants that Giodarno was selling
while at tm , tried it on and it was super comfortable and nice ,
but the price was like $39.00 bucks.haha.
and you have to buy 2 items in order to get a 30% discount
which means it'll be super expensive. So i decided to leave
it back on the rack where it came from haha. I'll
just wait until we get to oh so sweet Hong Kong. :)
Thinking of changing my blogskin . Yes , AGAIN . lol.
Cos i'm just getting super bored and tired with this skin.
We'll see , if i can find a nice skin today by like 6.15pm. :)

Rehersal today , from 11am till 5pm. :P
Danced till i had 2 water blisters on both of
my big toes. Ouch. :(
Tmr's rehersal again from 1pm to 7pm. :)
Anywho , my appeal was a success! :D Praise the Lord :)
On to the holiday homework ... i can't even bring myself
to catch a glimpse of it cos it just hurts my eyes just by doing
so . :p. But i still have to do it even though
i'm just dreading to throw it in the furnace.
Only , i can't cos a) I don't have a furnace to begin with.
And b) I'll get into a rough start next year when i don't
complete it.
and c) Just by finishing the holiday homework ,
i won't have that sickening burden everyday about completing
it. -_-
Whatever , not gonna bother about it . :)

Its raining....non stop.
The 4hrs during cca today passed superbly fassed...
Maybe because we didn't have a clock in the room and thus
we couldn't keep checking the time. :)
At arnd 1045am , the costume person arrived.
Saw designs and sketches as well as pictures of
the students wearing the costumes that she made.
Don't wna reveal how our NEW SYF costume will look like ,
but u will know on the day we set off to go to the place for SYF :)
as well as during some of next year school performances.
All i can say that its superbly nice!!! :D
Well based on my imagination . :P
Hopefully it will turn out nice
Oh ya , while flipping through some photos that she made
costumes for , i came across tao nan pri sch 's CO's(chinese orchestra)
SYF photo! haha. Guess who i saw playing the suona?????

Can't go to school tmr to see the appeal results for the
sec2 streaming thingy ...so i asked Siwei to help me
go and check it out and tell me the results..
so Siwei ! u better see properly okay!!!. LOL.
Cos i'm gna meet Amanda superbly early to get
something and from there we're gna go off to somebody's
house and then from there we'll go to the cc
for dance rehersals. =)
Long day ahead tmr..so i gotta get enough rest to replenish my
energy!! haha.
And now , in an instant the sky is like pitch black. -_-
Hopefully my face won't be like that after Siwei tells me
the good news about my appeal results!!!! :)

Phew , i survived another session of guzheng! haha. :D
For 4hrs i sat there looking at numbers and strings..
and getting more and more tired by the minute. :p
All thats left is 1 more 4hrs session from
9am to 1 pm again tmr and thats it!
no more cca for the rest of the holidays!! :D
but it wouldn't be counted as 4hrs tmr.
Cos at 10am , the tailor would be coming
to show us some samples of materials
and colours as well as patterns and
designs for our SYF costume next year. :)
And the best part is that we get to choose it all
by ourselves! so at least we can all agree on something.
And we will finally have something nicer
to wear during school performances! lol.
Gna need to catch up on some seriously needed
rest during these 2 days at home ,
before having intensive rehersals from thurs to sunday,
all most probably ending at 10pm. And followed
by every weekend after that until the concert is over.
So i'm saying now ....i'm not going to be free
until 6 december.so don't try asking me to go
out for lunch etc. cos the answer would be NO. haha.
Tmr would be wed , and after that i'll have to go back to school
on thurs to see the streaming results..... :/

Dancing with God

When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance"
at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing
God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music, and
everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead,
both bodies begin to flow with the music.
One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to
the back or by pressing Lightly in one direction or another.
It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other.
My eyes drew back to the word Guidance.
When I saw "G: I thought of God, followed
by "U" and "I". "God, "U" and "I" dance."
God, you, and I dance.
As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that
I would get guidance about my life.
Once again, I became willing to let God lead.
My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and
mercies be upon you on this day and everyday.
May you abide in God as God abides in you.
Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and
to guide you through each season of your life.
This prayer is powerful and there is nothing attached.
If God has done anything for you in your life,
please share this message with someone else,
for prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive.
There is no cost but a lots of rewards;
so let's continue to pray for one another.
And I Hope You Dance.

After reading this , the first thing that came to my
mind was " wow."

Thank you Lord for always guiding me through sad times
and good and for always being there when i needed you.
I give thanks to the Lord in Jesus name i pray. Amen. :)
